You cannot find potatoes this big and this good at the store. Be aware that these are not small potatoes with the Idaho brand on them like you will find at the store so plan ahead when making dinner for some extra cooking time. All commercial and retail potatoes are put through radiation to keep them from growing. These potatoes are not put through radiation. This means that they come in a more healthy, natural state with the best possible flavor.
