Tracking your order is simple
Once your order ships our system usually sends out the tracking number to the email you provided us.
If it has been more than 3 days and you have checked your spam or junk folder for the tracking information you can request it here and we will be glad to help.
- When you have your tracking number you can use these carrier sites to track and see the progress of your package.

- Fedex - 1-800-463-3339
- USPS - 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) Note: May take 24-48 hrs for the tracking number to show in their system
- Other - We will probably have to help you with a special link to track your package with Other Carriers.
We rely on this information to tell you about the status of your package. So if you need other information you are welcome to call the carrier yourself and request that as we would have to get it from them as well.
