Hooked Barley bunches are great for any craft project or decoration.  They can be weaved and bent just as you would wheat.  It is perfect for table decoration at weddings and parties.
Barley which is beardless gives you a nice look of wheat without having to work with the beard.  It doesn't get in the way and it can be a lot less messy.
