Maybe more padding in the box would help so that they would be more protected in the box. Customer service was the Most helpful, cordial person who went out of her way to assist me and my order.

A couple of the pomegranates that I received were defective (broken, smeared paint), but Country Creations replaced them promptly. The pomegranates are nice, a little redder than I had expected, but nice. In terms of personal preference, I would probably like them a bit softer in terms of color. You all were easy to work with and responded so quickly and courteously to my problem. I so appreciate that!
